1. We accept electronic artwork from Windows and Mac OS applications, which must be in line with Funkyu file specifications.
2. All prices include GST, freight to most Australian destinations, soft proofing, plates, stock and printing.
3. A credit application and / or payment in full is requested for new clients prior to production.
4. All goods are sold ‘ex factory’ and any charge for delivery is incurred as your agent. Delivery to country areas may be extra.
5. Funkyu accepts no responsibility for colour variation / representation for files that have not had a digital proof supplied by Funkyu.
Hard copies supplied by the client are not used for colour reference or matching.
6. Print colour may vary, from reprint to reprint, from stock to stock, from front to back, from job to job and between different printing processes.
7. Funkyu will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed.
8. In using Funkyu you acknowledge that should Funkyu be at fault for a problem with any aspect of your printing, including delivery, Funkyu's liability is limited to either reprinting your job or refunding your payment.
9. Trimming may vary up to one millimetre.
10. Should your account exceed our trading terms and pass to an agency / solicitor for collection, all commissions, solicitor’s fees and any out of
pocket expenses will be borne by you.

13. File correction / conversion is $110.00 per hour ($55.00 minimum).
14. Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, Funkyu accepts no responsibility
for files that are not print ready.
15. The Client warrants that it has copyright in or a license to authorise reproduction of all artistic and literary works (“Works”) supplied by it to
Funkyu for the purposes of its orders. The Client authorises Funkyu to reproduce all and any of the Works for such purposes.
16. The Client additionally licenses Funkyu to use the Works in its own promotional materials to depict the quality or range of its goods or services.
17. The Client indemnifies and will keep Funkyu indemnified against any liability, loss or expense suffered by Funkyu as a direct or indirect
result of any use of the Works by Funkyu pursuant to clauses 14 or 15.
18. In the event that the Client has provided its electronic address to Funkyu, the Client by its receipt of these terms and conditions acknowledges
that Funkyu may use its electronic address for commercial purposes such as the promotion of Funkyu's services or products; and hereby
consents to and authorises Funkyu to send commercial electronic messages to the client's electronic address.
